All Star Gymnastics is designed for kids ages 2 -3 years (pre-level 1).
This curriculum is designed to prepare students with the skills, terminology, and practices of a traditional gymnastics gym.

Make sure balance beams, parallettes and floor bar are not raised high off the ground. Please see examples of acceptable heights for each below.
