The Fitness Stars program you know and love redesigned into a 12-week program specifically for inbetweeners, ages 12 to 18 months! Package includes lesson plans and Spotify playlists. The curriculum is in a zip file you will be able to download after purchase. You will have one download attempt that must be used within 48 hours. You (and your coaches, if applicable) will also have access to the curriculum on the go through Coaches Corner.
